Using RGB strip light he turns his bicycle into The Coolest thing I’ve ever seen!
The Q is a YouTube channel with more than 13 million subscribers, it contains a bunch of science videos and ideas. Basically, if you need to make something cool, you have to watch his videos. The guy who owns the channel is Sergii Gordieiev and he is a professional aficionado who got some weird contraptions in his portfolio and a lot of them managed to get millions of views.
In his latest video, he managed to make a bicycle with tires made out of hot glue gun sticks to prevent the problem of flat tires. unfortunately, this solution works only in winter, or else the tires will melt in the summer.
However, in today’s video, Sergii came back with a brilliant idea or another upgrade for the bicycle and it is to make the wheels light up in whatever colors he wants. To do that he used RGB LED strips that he placed under each tire, and each one of these Led is connected to batteries installed in the front and rear hubs. The crazy thing is all of this stuff are controlled by a mobile app that allows you to play with lights and to change the colors, either individually or for both tires at the exact moment.
“This is great. Looks cool, bonus safety feature for night riding, and never have to worry about the bicycle getting a flat.”
Enough talking and check how cool these colored bike wheels are.
