One day a kid’s farmer returned home and tell his father about one of his friends and classmates at school was hungry. The craziest thing is that the area which they lived in was fool of farms and which farm is fool of vegetables, fruits, animals and all kind of food still this poor kid go to school without eating anything.
So Jonathan the farmer knew that he had to do something to help this child. The area where they live is filled with places that sell unhealthy food however the good places with healthy food are too far and there is no transportation for the kid.
To help his son’s classmate Jonathan decided to change the way his farm operated. It was a good and generous move from him, the farm went from a for-profit to a faith-based food aid organization sending his harvest to food banks, soup kitchens, and pantries.
Nowadays Jonathan encouraging other farmers to give some portions from their harvest to help the people in need and to reduce the rate of hungry people all over the world.
So for this occasion, I would take this opportunity to thank all the farmers who helped without your crops of wheat, corn green beans tomatoes, etc, what would we all do.
Kids just a few miles down the road were starving? The thought was unthinkable…
